News spreads fast about the upcoming rival soccer game against Central and South. South’s boys soccer team keeps talking about how they’re going to beat Central this year. This has reached the ears of Senior Justin Bartholomew, Senior Mark Grammar and Junior Malcolm Berkley and they have something to say.

“There are teams who talk and teams who perform. We’ve proven that we perform” said Bartholomew.

Central boys have proven themselves with a 8-2 record, and South has also proven themselves with a record of 6-4. Yet to Grammar he doesn’t believe the outcome of this upcoming game will be any different from last year. Grammar has heard South talk every year, but  talking and performing are two very different things.

When they heard about South’s plan on shutting down the midfield, including Berkley, Berkleys only comment was that he was just going to play his game, nothing more about it.

To Grammar and Bartholomew having the chemistry and having the connection between the whole team is what is going to lead the team to victory. Grammar is confident about this years outcome and isn’t afraid to put in all his effort.
