The ELO Schedule for the 2018-19 school year has changed quite a bit compared to past years. Instead of it being in the middle of the day and on every other day it is now every day at the end of the day. When asked how she felt about Elo being at the end of the day Freshman Karsyn Arnold said ” I think it’s better than having it in the morning because I know my homework for the day”.

Elo has also been separated into grade levels unlike previous years. Senior Sam Hieger said ” I like Elo being separated by grade levels because I have people who have the same classes as me and we can work on homework together and exchange ideas we have for certain classes.”

Another thing added to Elo this year is now teachers are required to do weekly grade checks, Mrs Paridis said ” I think the grade checks keep kids in check that wouldn’t keep up with their grades otherwise.”

For the most part it seems that everyone is enjoying the new Elo style and the administration may have finally found the best way to do it.
